Continuing to provide a shoe that bridges the gap between the ultra stable PC Eclipsion, and the ultra light Sonicage, the Fusion Rev 4, brings that perfect blend of support, cushion, and speed! As with the previous version, this update has a bootie constructed upper now enhanced with the Fusion Wing, that hugs the foot like a glove and locks you in when making those aggressive lateral cuts. Taking the next step in comfort, Yonex now has Power Cushion Plus in the midsole for an even more plush and smooth ride than before, as well as easy energy return as you push forward. The outsole has been reconstructed into a semi one-piece, which maximizes the contact area of the foot for more court feel, and torsional rigidity. The zonal tread pattern helps to maximize durability in the high wear areas, and a more open tread on the lateral edge helps the speedy player who slides to get to that next ball!
- Upper: Durable Skin Light PU material wraps around a Double Russell Mesh layer for comfort, support and breathability. Extra protection around the toe and medial side protects against dragging, and hard court sliding. Inner Bootie Construction wraps the foot with elastic material for a soft, comfortable fit.
- Midsole: Power Cushion Plus technology reduces foot fatigue, and provides even more energy. Power Carbon mounted on the midfoot to maximize stability while keeping weight down.
- Outsole: Endurance Rubber compound in a zonal tread pattern that maximizes durability in high wear regions, and lateral edge enhances hard court sliding. Round Sole R7 helps with natural heel to toe transitioning.
